When a Jewish person dies, what is the correct way to express condolences? - condolences wording

For example, killing, death in the Jewish community in Mumbai.

"May the memory of a blessing." Is that the correct formulation of a - is nice to say?

Yes, I think it would be nice, and as an act of nature. And I think the words are beautiful. I know I would be grateful if someone (God forbid), I had to say.
