How common is food allergy that is triggered by exercise? - allergy triggers slideshow more condition_symptoms

I'm having trouble finding information on the performance of allergies and their treatment are related, but only rarely does not appear.

For example, some people (), including me, can have an allergic reaction if they eat certain foods for up to two hours before or after training. One theory is that the exercise of the absorption of protein in the diet increased in the intestine.

I have heard that some people are allergic to chemicals through the body during training and / or body heat generated as in hives or even anaphylaxis when exercising.

Please shares good resources or experience in treating this type of food allergy.

There is a very good support group on Yahoo for people with chronic hives, I know there are some people in the group of people who are exactly what you describe. You can help.

And yes, anaphylaxis induced by exercise in which food-dependent. I know some people in the use of oral Cromolyn in the United States sold as Gastrocrom benefits. This is a mast cell stabilizing drugs available on prescription. Moreover, since in severe cases this can lead to anaphylaxis in full activity, ask your doctor to prescribe you some Epi-pens, if not already selected. To save his life.

An online article is very good eMedicine:

What seems urticaria is a condition called exercise-induced. You can search on Web MD. Never heard a food allergy induced by exercise.
