What kind of food should I serve at my 1 year old's birthday party? - party food for

I'm looking for some other food for the feast of the first anniversary of my son serving. They are coming all the adults, I am sick of the usual food, and I'm on the lookout for new ideas, preferably ones that are easier and cheaper;)

Fondue! Buy cheese and chocolate to melt into two separate or fused crockpot, cookies, including meat and vegetables, cheese and fruit and chocolate.

If it all adults, the choice of dishes such as Thai or Chinese, and let someone else do the work? Many ethnic restaurants have a large kitchen or remove options, and even if you are a little more money, it is gaining a lot of work and frustration. And as the mother of a 1 years old, I believe that work and frustration are two things that you do not really need more than you already! ;-)

As part of the fun and easy for yourself by someone else most of the preparation of food. This allows you time with your guests, instead of sweating and swearing in the kitchen!
